Netflix says my "network connection" is not installed. Re-installed, no difference.

I have attempted to watch two different movies today, only to have them blacked out after app.5 min.  Netflix site says there is a problem with my network connection. I am asked to enter our router sec.code, etc. and everything seems fine, then the same thing occurs again in just another few minutes.  After a few minutes, a message appears saying that "there is a problem with this title, try again later, or try another title."  Did both, no luck.
