Netflix down on Xmas eve and nothing mentiond on their website

Netflix is a joke. A bad joke. It's xmas eve... and their service is down. They donn't even mention anything on their website about this. AUDACIOUS. I have been on hold for more than an hour with their customer service. I want my money back.
