netflix app server is down. streaming servers work

seems like the application servers for netflix is completely down. pages are not 404, but nothing meaningful is working. the streaming servers are up, but only useful if you started watching something while the app servers were up. have not seen an outtage like this before. Hopefully it is not att blocking dns to netflix.
