Movies won't load

Movies won't load even though my connection is excellent and I can run movies on Amazon.  Not happy, had the same problem Saturday afternoon at this time. This is a Holiday time - please fix it Netflix.   You should put out an announcement on your site and apologoze to your subscribers but once again you show a blatant disregard for your loyal customers satisfaction.
