movies will not play

can click on the title of anything, and all I get is a black screen. I honestly think it should be a law that if your service goes down it should be free. Only those who can maintain a product effectively without interuption should be allowed to charge a fee. Netflix isn't that great anyway. I downloaded everything I've ever watched, and liked from them, and probably going to cancel my sub.
