It took TEN MINUTES to load and watch an episode

It took TEN MINUTES to load and watch an episode of the Tudors.  I had to refresh the page repeatedly, and 4 times it stayed stuck on 20% loaded indefinitely.  Finally, after waiting a minute to try again, 4 times in a row, mind you, it loaded.  This service SO sucks!  As soon as I watch all the TV series I really want to see I'm dumping Netflix.  There are problems loading episodes from TV shows every single day!
