For several days to present there is no access to Netflix despite "cookies" being allowed.

When I'm fortunate to access it, the Netflix logon page currently acknowledges a technical problem that seems to be about how their cookies are being established and accessed.  For a site this prominent in our Web culture, how could there be such a stupid condition as this to occur?  The only acceptable excuse would be that they're dealing with a major virus.
