Every time I select a show or movie it tells me that it's unavailable at this time and to try later.

This has been going on for the whole week I've had Netflix. At one point in the day it works fine, but then try it later and it has the issue. It's so off and on and it's getting very frustrating. As a new customer, I'm not impressed.
