using an amazon fire TV. every title gets to 99% loaded and right when you'd expect the movie/episode to start, it shows a screen that says it is having trouble connecting to the servers. there is an additional diagnostic menu where it can check connectivity against 4 netflix servers and they all work. have tried restarting the app + logging out.
problem started after 8pm on 11/23/2014 and are continuing as of 11/24
