This has been an ongoing problem with JC Penney for the last 2 time I've tried to place orders online. Get it together!
Very frustrating...Just want to place order online and be done. Tried to order online and I'm dealing with incompetent customer service reps...Better start looking elsewhere, they keep this up and they'll be out of business. Unacceptable!

This happens every time I try to order. You need to fix this. You're making it hard for people to gove you business.
Just happened to me, too. I guess my money isn't green enough for them, wasted so much time, too. So stupid.
The same thing is happening to me right now. I shut down all ad blocks like another site said. I can't find anyway around this error. So frustrating!
