Having the same problem at 730AM CST on the 7th.

Frustrating, get all the way to the review order button and it just freezes.

If you click to use Paypal instead of a credit card it will get you past the review order screen to the Place Order screen.  But that is also broken so you have to call Customer Service at 800-322-1189.  If you have a JC Penney online account, they can pull up your shopping cart and take your credit card over the phone.  My order has been placed and I have received my confirmation email.  Good luck getting your orders in!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I've been trying to get my order in all day using the Brave browser, and when I disabled the ad blocker, it finally let me place it! Thank you!
