this was and respond from support on a ticket I posted We have identified an issue with some of the core routers in our network. We are currently engaged with our vendor to works towards a resolution, this is our highest priority at this time. We will provide more updates as they become available

If it's a router issue (sounds like Cisco) and they need to swap routers, they will have to work with Cisco to resolve the issue.

we have been with them for years and no issues till now, I guess somethings have to fail one day , I am surprised there is no redundancy at all on anything though.... weird.....

I have been with them for nearly 15 years. Never had a problem until the last two months. Have had three 'network' outages in that period. This is, by far, the worst.

Are you kidding? They had an issue that lasted a few hours only 2 weeks ago. Also, I was sold on their "redundancy", and when its expected to be available its not. Nothings 100%, but clearly there's some major gaps.
