Getting "Oops, something went wrong..." trying to login to FTB on my Windows 10 desktop computer. Worked great for years. Called FTB and told me they could not fix it other than clearing cache and using incognito (A child could have told me that that...) and it does not work. Now I have to change banks and to do everything to change over all my banking just because of FTBs lack of any real support. They keep pushing mobile which does not have the same capability (of which I count on). Clearly they don't care to support desktop anymore. Their HUGE mistake. Millions still use them. Stop hiring kids to do your support... they are NOT qualified. Just read from a script but have no real experience to think out if the box with. Shame on FTB
