can not list items for sale

For the second day I can not list additional items. Called yesterday, invested 45 minutes on the phone and "got my monthly selling limit raised." Was able to list 3 items, then got message again. Today upgraded to business account from personal assuming it would allow at least 150 sales per month. Made no difference. On hold forever, hung up the phone and opened a beer.
