This is not the first occurence. Calling their tech support is useless. I do not know if anyone else experienced the issue with adding several labels in a row. The input process begins to slow down to a point where it takes sometimes 10 seconds just to go to the next field or back out of it. As an IT person myself, the issue is clearly with coding.
