Same here! The "expected" delivery date for my package still says Thursday, January 29, 2015 even though that day has completely come and gone. It was picked up, or so the status says, on the 26th and there have been zero updates since then. Seriously, they need to get their sh!t together for real because they act likevthey don't gaf about their customers!
