Not receiving emails

I just got off the phone with an A&TT tech rep. He advised email outage due to major update in area and will be resumed in 24-48 hours. Wish we had been advised of this. I tried to call the business office for a credit, and, conveniently, they are closed today. Very poor customer service. Their lines will be busy tomorrow!
