It is rediculous. I've def had problems since Dec 2nd. Saw no longer can text chat with tech support so gotta call or email. Hadn't gotten a reply to my email yet despite saying 24 hours and took a good hour to get a person on the phone only for them to be unable to help me cuz the same page loaded on his computer. Followed all their suggestions but can't figure what is wrong since didn't change anything about my computer since last time printed a label. Does USPS check this site for issues?
