USPS tracking is not working properly

The onlline tracking is not working for several shipments, including Express Mail international. The system at the post office that USPS employees use shows the status. I called USPS and tae a guess "nothing has happened in over one week" and my package still shows up as an error. However, I went to the CHINA EMS website and the tracking status appears.
Just shipped four more items yesterday and two are fine but the other two do not show up on the USPS tracking site. Customer support is a total waste of time - USPS needs to remedy this.
