International Registered Mail "Alert" Error

Since late afternoon (EST) 11/18/2014, USPS International tracking for INCOMING parcels is showing and orange "ALERT" message that reads, "USPS Tracking is unavailable for this product for ***** (numerous countries affected).
This appears to be an internal error at USPS.com for the public facing webpage only. It is NOT affecting internal tracking at USPS Technical Support. The general USPS 800 number will see the same error as the public is seeing and seem oblivious to the fact there is an internal error.
