Doesn't recognize userid and password

Three times Customer Service has provided a temp password to get me in so that I could set up a new permanent password.  When I try to log on with the new permanent password, I get a message that my userid and password don't match with Chase's records!  Been going on since yesterday and Chase advises the problem is known and tech support is working on it.
