Shipping label will not print; will not refund

Shipping label will not print after repeated atempts over last 2 days. Refund denied saying I had shipped it! lol Is this a scam? How can I ship it when you won't let me print the label?
Your customer service phone is also inactive. No response after an hour on hold.
