Temporary solution to log in problem

This works for some people, and does not for others.... At least it is something until Netflix fixes the problem...
I called Netflicks.They told me to do the following:
1. They had me delete my "favorites" link (bookmark) to Netflix.
2. Go to this page: http://netflix.com/clearcookies
3. Click the Members Sign in button in the upper right.
Then I returned Netflix to my bookmarks.
