can't print or save labels

using Chrome. Trying to do my daily postage.
Unable to print or save the label. However my account was charged!
Have tried Firefox and Safari and am having the same problem on both!
Why is it that whenever there is an 'improvement' made to the site that it doesn't WORK. Getting very old - really worried about the upcoming holiday season. Why the constant changes??????
