spammed to death!

ATTglobal apparently put in a spam application which apparently has been totally mismanaged, misconfigured and now is letting all kinds of spam through to my inbox.  I don't know what these outsourced techies are doing, maybe the spammers actually have attglobal.net accounts but this has gotten really, really horrible.  There is more spam in my inbox than in my spam folder.  I wish ATT would bring support back to the USA where the techies at least understand the problem.  I have had to cancel my business's accounts with ATT and may soon do the same for my personal accounts.  Shame.
