As of this posting I still am unable to log into manage my red card. Called Target Credit services as message indicated and the rep tells me it's a system issue on my end. Apparently Safari browser is the problem and she wanted me to use another. Piss poor troubleshooting! Can't log in to view nor pay the bill. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!
