Customer svc finally contacted me via email. They apologized and said to give them 24 to 48 hours to get their website up and running properly but they gave me a number if I wanted to place an order before it gets working again. I don't need to place my order until the 3rd of Nov. but I did want to view my cart etc. Anyway hope this reply helps anybody else wondering why they are having problems with the site.
