Monday Oct 20, 2:51 CST is the start of Week Number Two of a totally broken Citi Virtual Account Number feature. Yet nowhere on the Citi website, are customers alerted to this issue, nor told what is being done to fix it. Instead, we must attempt to generate a VAN, and wait for it to FAIL with a yellow message box that states "Sorry, we are unable to connect to the server at this time. Please try again." ....over and over again.  This is no way to keep bank customers informed nor to make them feel good about using Citi online banking services.
