Virtual Account Number Feature Down

For several days it has been impossible to get a Virtual Account Number on the Citi site. All attempts, whether using IE or Firefox on a Win7 64 bit PC, or using Safari or Firefox on a Mac OS (Tiger) result in a yellow error dialog saying the site is unavailable, try again later.
