Comcast chat is telling me I can no longer access this email because it is attached to an account I had at a previous address 3 1/2 years ago. They offered to move it all over to a new account and I told them STOP, do not do anything. He could not explain to me why this would suddenly occur in the last 2 days. I'm thinking if this has happened to anyone else, it may be that you moved and moved your service at one time and Comcast decided to do some consolidation and neglected to inform the customer. Hope this makes sense.
