I've had the same problem for over a week now. Very frustrating to those of us who handle accounts online rather than through the mail. It seemed very odd to receive this message for so long without a fix from Target; so I thought I'd try a different web browser than the one I genreally use, which is Google Chrome.

Sure enough, I opened up Internet Explorer and had no problem signing in - happy day! Not sure what this means technically, but I'm just glad I was able to gain online access to my account.

Hopefully this tactic will help someone else who is experiencing the same problem.
