Won't Process Credit Card or Print Labels

Site is down AGAIN! Says card won't go thru. Called credit card company and they said that card is fine and there were no attempts by USPS to process it today. Tried about 8 times to put thru on 3 different browers. Called the help line, on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up! Who ever maintains this site should find a new job. This is unaccaptable! My card is fine, used on another website. So SITE IS DOWN ON USPS END!!
