May 25, 2016.  Right after I mailed my item I realized I made a mistake.  I went to the website and keep getting the same error.  "We are sorry but, your tracking number does not have sufficient information to intercept".  Called USPS and spoke to two different outsourced to India people.  After going step by step she said she will write a report and get back to me.  Which sucks more the USPS outsourcing customer service calls or the inability to fix website problem for years?
