Yes it is, Sarah. I went to my work email and emailed AolSupport@email.aol.com. They didn't respond, so I don't know if that email caused them to fix it, or whether it got fixed for some other reason. But you might try that, or, if you don't have another aaddress, get someone else to email on your behalf.
