user name must contain "@comcast.net"

After weeks of login cycling, found out that problem was my user name contained @aol.com. Comcast Service Rep said I must register as a new User using a User name with @comcast.net attached. Comcast does not recognize many of the established names anymore. I registered as a new user with the comcast.net extension. It was somewhat of a pain because of conflicts with the old name, but I finally have a new user name, same password and stuff and I can get to my account. Don't have to have any comcast email, just a user name with the comcast.net extension,
