Hello, I got the same problem too. I called their technical support number and the AI activated my card. But the website doesn't let me create an account to link the card so I can't see the balance. Then I found out about the "BofA Prepaid" app on Appstore that allow me to create an account to use the card. Now my card work flawlessly. I hope this help.
