You can try going into a B of A banking center and ask them to do a cash advance. You'll need to know your amount on the card exactly, but they can pull all of the funds for you in one transaction. They will give you the cash if you want, or you can deposit it into your account if you bank there. I don't believe there is a fee. If you don't have a B of A, any bank can do a cash advance for you.
