Well ... I've commented on this on their user site as well as spent substantial time on the phone with 4 different comcast reps.  The last one was able to duplicate the problem; thought she had fixed it, but when she discovered that it still didn't work thought I should just keep trying until it fixed itself.  I definitely need this problem solved!! Help!  ( Oh, yeah ... I've reset Safari (also tried Firefox); deleted cookies and cleaned caches and have the same problem on 3 different computers and 2 different modems/routers) ... This is a COMCAST problem!
