Payment taken no label to print

I have created 2 labels last week and 1 again today. Paid with paypal, money was taken, and then there is no label to print or save as a PDF. I have tried chrome and IE from my home computer as well as firefox and safari from my work computer utilizing 2 different internet providers, 2 different operating systems, and 4 different browsers. I have tried going back in and printing or saving from every screen I can find the options to do so and nothing. It has been a week and a half on the first one and I am still waiting on a refund for them. Hand writing a label at the post office is costing me $20 a pop more which I am being forced to eat. This is killing my business.
