Emails seem to be working satisfactorily today, but not after almost 12 hours on the phone between 4/29 and 5/2.  I also had a major billing problem and could not get to anyone that could help me. On a bright note (I think), I did call AT&T headquarters yesterday and was put through to the office of the President.  I talked to a real English speaking person in his office and gave her a rundown of what we were all experiencing.  She said she was documenting everything.  Let's hope something will get done from the top.
