Unable to log in.

This began late February. With outside local help got back in
March 6th. Down again March 19th. Got back in this time on
my own.
Went down again April 4th and is still down.
My ATT contacts have been 800 273 2728, 800 288 2020 and
866 708 3839.
After stating earlier that my problem probably was with Yahoo, ATT
on 4/25 admitted that it was thier problem and that they were
working on it
