We have Model BD-F5700 Samsung Blue Ray player That we had used to watch Netflix for over 4 months on our flat screen TV with no problems. Suddenly Monday evening 4-14-2014, we could not connect to Netflix and received errorĀ  nw-4-8 . We searched Netflix and found a message for this error code that said Netflix was aware of problems with certain Blue Ray players and game stations. Three days later, we still could not connect nor even log in or out via the Blue Ray, though we COULD watch on a smart phone or computer screen. We have had 7 days unable to view on the TV screen. We don't want to watch on a smart phone or computer. We cancelled our subscription to Netflix.
