I have seen the same thing. Samsung support refuses to help me. They said they transferred me to 2nd level support. I have a transaction number. They said they'd call back. It's been a week. I'm not binding my breath. I should just return the product to the retailer and state that I'm getting no response from the broken-a!* Support team in the broken-a!* company about their broken-a!* product.

This is completely uunacceptable!
