Won't accept payment for a week now

Same thing as I've seen others reporting. Won't let me pay for postage online with ANY payment method. I've tried to call (auto answer hell!) and sent emails with no response as usual. Love that I have to schlep to the post office for the 4th time in a week. Thanks USPS!
