I was really hoping it was down for a click and ship upgrade, but it's still just broken.
"Sorry, your transaction has been declined. Your transaction cannot be processed at this time with this payment type"
Where "this payment type" is every payment type. Different cards, paypal, different browsers, different computers, different USPS accounts, rebooting, clearing cache, clearing cookies, nothing helps. On and off since January.
