can't access att.net email

it's been 2 days since I can not access my business emailm account-I was on the phone for an hour only to finally be told that there was an issue with yahoo and after your idiot tech support page kept trying to get me to log in to access help online having to use an email account I can't access; I havce a call into charter and plan to discontinue my account with att
