having downtime.. not able to access the website at all

I am trying to access the bank website since yeasterday but only getting "this Webpage is not Available"
My all other websites are working fine though.
Contacted my ISP also, its nota problem with them too
I searched online n found "http://sitedown.co/pnc-bank/".... n when I contacted PNC bank Customer Service Agent, she denied helping me anyways.
I am your customer n its your duty to make me login to my own account....
Fix it or Contact me ASAP!!!!
