Can't access my accounts!!!

I have been trying since early this morning to access my Citibank Accounts online.  At one point, it kept flashing SERVER ERROR.  Then, the whole site was "unavailable temporarily."  Now, we're back to the same problem that we started the day with:  it lets you in but that's as far as you get.  The moment it tries to retrieve your account page, the page goes blank.  And then, it attempts to connect over and over again until it logs me out because the time has expired.  It does log that I've been there, however, because when I log on again, that's the one piece of data that I can see -- the last time I was there!  Dozens of attempts...over 8 hours of attempts, still not resolved.  What gives!
