att global email down - AGAIN!!

This problem has continued for months - WHAT EVER IS GOING ON AT ATT?? can't log in now, had numerous critical incoming emails which have not been received by me but was able to reach senders by phone (wonder how many business emails have not been received by me or any of my intended recipients), can't get to spam folder to empty it and yesterday I had an email bounced back because it couldn't be delivered to recipient at Oracle because the smtp server at ATT was identified as HIGH THREAT:
