3G/Fake 4G downage/slowage Allen, TX

This has been an on going issue here in Allen, TX for a while. Got a call from Tech Support after complaining to their social media people and she said that this tower is being worked on and is schedule to be done at the end of the month. I asked how long they've been working on this tower and she said since Feb 28th. So, one month to fix a problem I've reported for a year.
